Engineers Without Borders Cornhole Event Raises $11K

On Saturday, July 26th, BC Engineering Group was proud to participate in the annual Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Cornhole Tournament in Santa Rosa. The event brought together local engineering firms, their families, and community members for a day of friendly competition in support of a meaningful cause.

The tournament raised an impressive $11,000, with 100% of the proceeds going toward the installation of rainwater catchment systems in Peru, helping to provide clean and reliable drinking water to local communities.

As an event sponsor, BC Engineering Group was excited to participate in the positive impact efforts. We showed up in full force, entering five cornhole teams into the competition. Shoutout to Angus and Gordy, who snagged a third-place finish! The fun didn’t stop at the boards—three more of our team members scored big in the raffle, taking home some awesome prizes.

It was a day full of laughter, connection, and community impact—and we’re already looking forward to next year’s tournament.
