Amber Conklin
Civil Engineer
Amber is a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (2020) and EIT certification
(2021), currently studying and working toward obtaining Professional
Engineer (PE) licensure. Since graduation, has worked under multiple
licensed civil engineers on a diverse range of projects spanning
residential, commercial, and public infrastructure. She specializes in
civil site design with a focus on utility and stormwater systems,
including water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. Experienced in
roadway and grading design, with a strong understanding of
hydrology, Low Impact Development (LID) strategies, BASMAA
compliance, and SWPPP development under the Construction
General Permit (CGP). Project experience spans both design and
permitting phases, with a practical approach to constructibility, site
constraints, and regulatory requirements. Amber demonstrates a
strong technical foundation, a collaborative work style, and a
commitment to continuous professional growth in the civil engineering
field.
