William has over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering and planning field. William’s knowledge in the industry locally and project managment skills provides BCEG with a manager capable of leading any project and overseeing multiple staff. William leads many planning, engineering, and mapping projects concurrently while actively performing buisness development. William specializes in residential, commercial and vineyard grading and drainage designs, and the navigation of the permitting process for various agencies. William completed the civil engineering and surveying technology program at the Santa Rosa Junior College in addition to general education. William is very active as a Rotarian in Santa Rosa. When not working William spends time with his wife Jessica, and their three children and enjoys playing ice hockey and travelling.
