Thomas Billeter, P.E., Q.S.D.
With over a decade of engineering experience, Tom possesses a strong land development background in the wine, residential, and commercial industries. His management and design experiences cover a wide range of the land development spectrum including grading, drainage, utility design, hydrology, water system development, utilities, sewage disposal design, roadway design, and construction consulting for urban and rural projects. Tom received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sacramento State University in 2007.
Tom is a high energy and motivated person that has a very strong attention to detail with a passionate and professional stance toward civil engineering. Because of Tom’s wide range of knowledge in the industry, he’s become the go-to person when clients, colleagues, and co-workers have technical questions or need support.
When not working, Tom enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Bre, and their three children, and playing a number of sports. Tom is active in service and business clubs in Sonoma County, most notable is Tom's membership as a Rotarian in Healdsburg. Tom also volunteers his free time being the general manager and assistant coach of the SRJC’s ice hockey team.
