We're Hiring a Civil Design Engineer / Civil Designer

Position: Civil Design Engineer / Civil Designer- Civil Engineering Site Land Development Drafting & Design (AutoCAD and Civil 3D Software Proficient) 

BC Engineering Group, Inc has an employment opportunity for a Design Engineer/Civil Designer on their Civil Engineering Team. We offer an excellent compensation package (both base salary and benefits package) as well as a welcoming team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in various aspects of civil engineering design including: Land planning and site design, grading and drainage, vineyard development, septic & wastewater, road design, construction administration, pump design, commercial cannabis planning, winery and brewery development, infrastructure, hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management. Design projects will include residential, commercial, and mixed-use development and redevelopment.

Term: Full Time Employment 

Compensation: Highly competitive base compensation plus comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, 401(k) matching, Profit Sharing, & Performance Bonuses) 

Office Locations: Santa Rosa, California 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally three to five years experience in Civil land planning and site design, grading and drainage, road design, infrastructure, hydrology and hydraulics
